大跨度钢系杆拱桥整体顶推施工过程分析 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国经济的发展,桥梁建设事业也步入了高峰,桥梁施工方法日新月异。顶推法作为一种新颖的施工方法,具有占地少、对路面及航道影响少、质量稳定、架设速度快、安全性高等优势,在中等跨径桥梁施工中具有较强的竞争力。现以单跨188 m系杆拱桥为例,对大跨度钢系杆拱桥整体顶推施工过程进行受力分析。计算结果表明,主桥各构件出现最不利受力状态的阶段各不相同,结构受力均满足规范要求。计算结果为施工单位提供了施工过程中临时结构的设计依据,对实际施工能够起到很好的指导作用,对类似工程有一定的推广应用价值。 As a new construction method,incremental launching construction has many advantages,such as less land occupation,less impact on roads and channels,stable quality,fast erection speed,and high security,which make it relatively competitive in the construction of medium-span bridges.In this paper,a single-span 188 mtied arch bridge is illustrated to analyze the force of the long-span steel tied arch bridge during the incremental launching construction process.The calculation results show that the stages when the most unfavorable stress states appear for each component of the bridge are different,and the structural stresses all meet the requirements of the codes.The calculation results provide the construction unit with the design basis of the temporary structure during the construction process,which play agood guiding role in the actual construction and have certain promotion and application value for similar projects.
