摘要
以某高速失效简支钢筋混凝土斜空心板梁为研究对象,建立三维非线性分离式有限元模型,考虑材料非线性与接触非线性,并在支座和混凝土梁底相应部位建立绑定接触,以避免应力集中导致非线性计算难以收敛。重点分析了混凝土空心板梁受力情况、混凝土裂缝分布、板梁变形与刚度验算以及钢筋应力分布情况。计算结果与失效板梁实际情况吻合较好,表明所建模型及模拟方法是可行有效的。模拟方法与所得结果对该工程具有积极的指导意义,对其他类似工程的分析也具有一定的借鉴作用。
Based on a project of a failure simple supported reinforced concrete skew hollow slab beam located at an expressway ramp bridge,a 3D nonlinear separated finite element model is established considering the nonlinearity of material as well as contact.The binding contact is established between the support and the corresponding part of the bottom of the concrete beam to avoid stress concentration and cause nonlinear calculation to converge.The stress of concrete skew hollow slab beam,the distribution of concrete cracks,the deformation and stiffness calculation of slab beam,and the stress distribution of steel reinforcement are mainly analyzed.The calculation results are in good agreement with the actual situation of the failed slab beam,indicating that the model and simulation method are feasible and effective.The simulation method and the obtained results provide useful guidance to the project,and may be used as a reference for analysis of similar projects.
