摘要
以钛白粉工业副产物FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O为原料,分别采用NaOH、NH_(3)·H_(2)O和Na_(2)CO_(3)作为沉淀剂合成了无定型FeO(OH),再混合羧甲基纤维素作为黏结剂、CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O作为助剂制成脱硫剂。对所制备的FeO(OH)和脱硫剂进行了结构表征和脱硫性能评价。结果表明:3种沉淀剂制备的脱硫剂的穿透硫容(以新鲜脱硫剂吸收硫的质量分数计)的大小顺序为NH_(3)·H_(2)O>Na_(2)CO_(3)>NaOH;因Na_(2)CO_(3)碱性温和,对设备腐蚀性小,采用Na_(2)CO_(3)为沉淀剂合成工业级FeO(OH),以质量分数分别为75%、60%和50%的FeO(OH)制备的工业样品脱硫剂的穿透硫容分别为31.29%、24.73%和21.17%,抗压碎力均值分别达到93.17,183.96,218.59 N/cm。
Amorphous FeO(OH)was synthesized using FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O,a by-product of titanium dioxide industry,as raw material and NaOH,NH_(3)·H_(2)O,Na_(2)CO_(3)as precipitant respectively,and was mixed with carboxymethyl cellulose(binder)and CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O(auxiliary)to prepare the desulfurization agent.The structure characterization and desulfurization performance evaluation of the prepared FeO(OH)and the desulfurization agent were carried out.The results show that:The order of influence of three precipitants on the breakthrough sulfur capacity of the prepared desulfurization agent(in terms of the mass fraction of sulfur absorbed by the fresh desulfurization agent)is NH_(3)·H_(2)O>Na_(2)CO_(3)>NaOH;Since Na_(2)CO_(3)is mildly alkaline and less corrosive to equipment,it is used as precipitant for synthesis of industrial-grade FeO(OH);The breakthrough sulfur capacity of the industrial desulfurization agent prepared using Na_(2)CO_(3)with 75%,60%,50%of mass fraction is 31.29%,24.73%and 21.17%,and the average crush strength is 93.17,183.96,218.59 N/cm,respectively.
