摘要
现代产业学院是政策驱动、产业需求、高校转型等多重逻辑演进的结果。现代产业学院由于聚合多元主体而不可避免面临文化冲突,表现为公益性与效益性的价值理念冲突、滞后性与即时性的规范体系冲突、全面性与外在化的物质文化冲突。现代产业学院文化冲突既有积极作用又有消极作用,规避产业学院文化冲突的消极效应,应以学生发展为产业学院共同愿景、以融合创新为产业学院规范体系、以丰富实践为产业学院人工环境。
Modern industrial college is the result of multiple logical evolution such as policy-driven,industrial demand,and university transformation.Modern industrial college inevitably face cultural conflicts due to the aggregation of multiple subjects.Its typical manifestations are the conflict between the pursuit of public welfare and the pursuit of interests,the conflict between the long-term and short-term normative systems,and the conflict between the material culture that emphasis on comprehensiveness and externalization.The cultural conflicts of modern industrial college have both positive and negative effects.To avoid the negative effects of cultural conflicts in industrial college,students’development should be taken as the common vision of industrial college,integration and innovation as the normative system,and enriched practice as the artificial environment.
