摘要
网络视听服务日益成为公共文化服务的重要手段和发展趋势。为满足新技术环境下用户的多元化视听知识需求,国家图书馆变革现有视听服务模式,加强理念创新和技术研究,研发影音视听资源知识服务平台,通过多种现代信息技术手段为用户提供“多形式、多终端、知识化、个性化”的视听服务,改善用户体验,提升服务效益,为推动我国智慧图书馆的建设提供经验和借鉴。
Internet audio-visual service has increasingly become an important means and development trend of public cultural service.In order to meet the diversified audio-visual knowledge needs of users in the new technology environment,National Library of China has changed the existing audio-visual service mode,strengthened conceptual innovation and technical research,developed an audio-visual resource knowledge service platform,took a variety of modern information technology means to provide users with “diversified,multi terminal,knowledgeable and personalized” audio-visual services,improve user experience and service efficiency,with a view to providing experience and reference for promoting the construction of smart library in China.
