摘要
医院文化属于健康文化,是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分,更是社会主义事业的有机组成部分。本文以安徽省一家三级综合性医院为例,从叙事主线、叙事策略和叙事视角3方面对医院开展的人文叙事空间构建实践进行了分析,提出医院文化建设应进一步关注多维叙事空间构建,为医院高质量发展提供更多的价值引导力、文化凝聚力和精神推动力。
Belonging to health culture,hospital culture is an important part of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. Taking the practice of a tertiary general hospital in Anhui Province as an example, this paper analyzes the construction of humanistic narrative space in the hospital in three aspects: narrative main line, narrative strategy and narrative perspective, and puts forward that hospitals should pay more attention to the construction of multidimensional narrative space, so as to provide more value guidance, cultural cohesion and spiritual impetus for the high-quality development.
