摘要
目的:探究保乳术联合术后放疗治疗乳腺导管内癌(Ductal carcinoma in situ,DCIS)的美学效果及对血浆血管内皮生长因子C(Vascular endothlial growth factor-C,VEGF-C)、转化生长因子β_(1)(Transforming growth factor-β_(1),TGF-β_(1))水平的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年8月笔者医院收治的104例DCIS患者为研究对象,根据患者意愿分为保乳组(52例)和联合放疗组(52例),保乳组采用保乳术进行治疗,联合放疗组在保乳组基础上辅助放疗,比较两组美学效果、血浆VEGF-C和TGF-β_(1)水平及近1年内局部复发及转移情况。结果:两组美学优良率、局部复发率和转移率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合放疗组术后血浆VEGF-C、TGF-β_(1)水平均显著低于保乳组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保乳术联合术后放疗治疗乳腺导管内癌可显著降低血浆VEGF-C和TGF-β_(1)水平,且术后美学效果与预后良好。
Objective To explore the aesthetic eff ect of breast-conserving surgery combined with postoperative radiotherapy in the treatment of ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS)and its infl uences on levels of plasma vascular endothlial growth factor-C(VEGF-C)and transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1)).Methods A total of 104 DCIS patients admitted to the hospital between June 2017 and August 2019 were enrolled as the research objects.According to their willingness,they were divided into the breast-conserving group(breast-conserving surgery)and the combined radiotherapy group(postoperative radiotherapy on basis of breast-conserving group),52 cases in each group.The cosmetic effect,levels of plasma VEGF-C and TGF-β_(1),local recurrence rate and metastasis rate within the past year were compared between the two groups.Results There was no signifi cant diff erence in aesthetic excellence rate,local recurrence rate and metastasis rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Postoperative plasma VEGF-C and TGF-β_(1) levels in the combined radiotherapy group were signifi cantly lower than the breast conserving group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast-conserving surgery combined with postoperative radiotherapy for DCIS can signifi cantly reduce plasma VEGF-C and TGF-β_(1) level,and the postoperative aesthetic eff ect and prognosis are good.
