摘要
为研究城市河道浮游植物功能群组成及分布特征、环境因子对功能群的影响,鉴定芜湖三条城市河道中浮游植物种类并划分了功能群,分析浮游植物功能群分布特征,利用冗余分析研究环境因子与功能群间的关系。结果表明,研究区共鉴定出浮游植物47种,隶属6门32属,以硅藻、绿藻为主。研究区浮游植物可划分出C、P、MP、W2、E、X1、W1、X2等8种代表性功能群,三条河道代表性功能群分布呈现明显差异,中央城河道、汇成河道、中山南路河道主要代表性功能群分别是C+P+MP+E、C+X1、W1+E+X1+C,适应一定富营养化、有机质充足水体环境的功能群出现在各河道,表征了芜湖三条河道呈现不同程度的富营养化。溶解氧、总磷、总氮、氨氮是影响浮游植物功能群分布的主要环境因子。研究表明,芜湖各河道主要代表性功能群与氮、磷呈正相关,控制氮、磷外源输入并降低水体氮、磷含量对控制河道富营养化具有关键作用。
In order to study the composition,distribution characteristics of phytoplankton functional groups in urban rivers and the influence of environmental factors on functional groups.The species of phytoplankton in the three urban rivers of Wuhu were identified and functional groups were divided.The distribution characteristics of phytoplankton functional groups were analyzed.The relationship between environmental factors and functional groups was studied by redundancy analysis.The results show that 47 species of phytoplankton are identified in study area,belonging to 6 phyla and 32 genera.The phytoplankton community is dominated by Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta.Phytoplankton in the study area can be divided into 8 representative functional groups,including C,P,MP,W2,E,X1,W1 and X2.The distribution of representative functional groups of the three rivers is obviously different.The main representative functional groups of the Zhongyangcheng River,the Huicheng River and the Zhongshannanlu River are C+P+MP+E,C+X1,W1+E+X1+C.Functional groups adapting to certain eutrophication and sufficient organic matter water environment appear in each river,indicating that the three rivers in Wuhu present different degrees of eutrophication.Dissolved oxygen,total phosphorus,total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen are the main environmental factors affecting the distribution of the phytoplankton functional groups.It is concluded that the main representative functional groups of urban rivers in Wuhu are positively correlated with nitrogen and phosphorus.Controlling the exogenous input of nitrogen and phosphorus and reducing the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in water play a key role in controlling river eutrophication.
