摘要
以TOE分析框架为基础,运用fs/QCA分析法,对我国31个省级层面全要素生产率案例进行分析,探寻出了技术、组织和环境因素对地区全要素生产率提升的三条驱动路径,即技术—组织型、技术—环境型和技术型。研究发现:经过必要性分析,技术、组织和环境条件都不能单独成为高水平地区全要素生产率的必要条件。高水平地区全要素生产率背后是多条件共同作用的结果,各条件相互结合以“殊途同归”的方式提升地区全要素生产率。由于各地区自然禀赋的不同,我国东部、中部和西部地区全要素生产率的驱动路径呈现明显的差异化。
Based on the analytical framework of TOE and using the analytical method of fs/QCA,this paper analyzed 31 provincial total factor productivity cases in China,and explored three driving paths of technological,organizational and environmental factors to improve regional total factor productivity,namely technology-organization type,technologyenvironment type and technology type.It is found that through necessity analysis,technology,organization and environment cannot exclusively become the necessary conditions for total factor productivity in high-level regions.Behind the high-level regional total factor productivity is the result of the joint action of multiple conditions.All conditions are combined to improve the regional total factor productivity in the way of“treading different paths that lead to the same destination”.Due to the differentiation of natural endowments in different regions,the driving paths of total factor productivity are obviously different in the eastern,central and western regions of China.
