摘要
对盐城市射阳河闸启闭机改造的总体设计方案进行了比较和分析,提出了内置行星和集中驱动的方案。从工作原理、性能特点、关键技术等方面阐述了内置行星卷扬式启闭机研制的要点,通过试运行和检测数据验证了该启闭机的安全可靠性,并有效节约了空间资源。
This paper compares and analyzes the overall design scheme of the hoist transformation of Sheyang River Sluice in Yancheng City,and puts forward the scheme of a built-in planet and centralized drive.This paper expounds on the key points of the development of the built-in planetary winch hoist from the aspects of working principle,performance characteristics and key technology,and verifies the safety and reliability of the hoist through trial operation and detection data,and effectively saves space resources.
