摘要
为准确探究运动副间隙影响下的四连杆打纬特性,文章将筘座上的打纬阻力以等效扭矩形式转化至摇轴,并通过Step函数模拟和加载等效扭矩。以运动副间隙矢量模型为依据,利用ADAMS/View对含间隙双侧四连杆打纬机构进行多体动力学建模,并在刚体接触条件下实现不同间隙机构的仿真分析。结果指出:筘座角加速度偏离幅度会随运动副间隙增大而增大,极小间隙(0<r≤0.1 mm)对筘座角加速度波动影响较小;在前死心位置处(r>0.1 mm)时,不仅会产生较大的轴承碰撞力和机架冲击载荷,而且筘座角加速度和角位移也会发生明显偏离,容易造成织口布面振荡,不利于打紧纬纱和改良织物质量。通过研究可为含间隙四连杆打纬机构的仿真设计提供重要参考。
Due to the influence of the adverse factors such as mechanism wear and manufacturing errors,there are often inevitable joint clearances in the actual mechanical transmission system.The four-bar beating-up is a type of high-speed mechanism with simple structure and is easy to manufacture.When there is a joint clearance in bearings with a sword pin,it will cause unpredictable contact collision and dynamic load in the system,which will lead to deviation between actual track and ideal track of beating-up and it is not conducive to reducing bearing wear and improving fabric quality.In order to explore the bearing state and mechanics principle of the four-bar beating-up system with clearances,a four-bar beating-up mechanism with a short connecting rod is taken as research object in this paper,and its characteristics under different joint clearances are deeply analyzed through theoretical analysis,mechanism design,dynamic modeling and simulation,which is of great research significance to reduce the fabric oscillation and weft density inequality.Based on the analysis of four-bar beating-up technology and mechanism principle,the vector model of joint clearances for bearings with a sword pin is established.The beating-up resistance on the reed is converted to rocking shaft in the form of equivalent torque by using of Step function,and the simulation model of the four-bar beating-up mechanism with clearances is constructed through ADAMS/view software.Taking into consideration the beating-up resistance and contact collision,we conduct the dynamic simulation analysis of the four-bar beating-up system with a minimum clearance(0<r≤0.1 mm)and a large clearance(0.1 mm<r≤0.9 mm),and then the influence of the joint clearance on reed motion and beating-up dynamic load is clarified.The beating-up resistance and joint clearances are all considered in this paper,which provides a new idea for dealing with boundary condition of beating-up system simulation with clearances,and is helpful to explore the four-bar beating-up characterist
