摘要
目的研究健康行动过程取向(HAPA)模型的菜单式护理对脑梗死后偏瘫患者肢体功能及GQOL-74评分的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2021年4月渑池县人民医院收治的脑梗死后偏瘫患者113例,按照治疗方案不同分为研究组56例采用HAPA模型的菜单式护理、参照组57例采用常规护理。比较两组护理前、护理6个月后脑梗死偏瘫患者的日常生活活动能力评定量表(ADL)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表(FMA)、生活质量量表测评(GQOL-74评分)、血液流变学指标。结果护理后研究组ADL、FMA评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后两组GQOL-74评分高于护理前,且研究组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后全血黏度、血浆黏度比较,研究组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HAPA模型的菜单式护理方案应用于脑梗死后偏瘫患者,有利于进一步改善患者的肢体功能,提高日常生活质量,改善患者血流指标,具有应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of menu nursing of health action process orientation(HAPA)model on limb function and GQOL-74 score of hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 113 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction treated in Mianchi County People's Hospital from December 2018 to April 2021 were selected.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into study group(56 cases)with menu nursing of HAPA model and reference group(57 cases)with routine nursing.The activities of daily living rating scale(ADL),Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale(FMA),quality of life rating scale(GQOL-74 score)and hemorheological indexes of cerebral infarction hemiplegic patients were compared between the two groups before nursing and after 6 months of nursing.Results After nursing,the scores of ADL and FMA in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the GQOL-74 score of the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The menu nursing scheme of HAPA model applied to hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction is conducive to further improve the limb function,improve the quality of daily life and improve the blood flow index of patients,which has application value.
