摘要
“中国德企之乡”太仓在借鉴德国“双元制”人才培养模式上颇有建树。为助力中国特色现代学徒制改革,运用扎根理论,对职业院校教师、企业培训中心负责人、企业师傅和学生等55位太仓“双元制”项目的利益相关者进行深度访谈,运用MAXqda软件对文本进行编码分析,构建了太仓“双元制”本土化实践模型,挖掘出太仓“双元制”模式的现状特征。同时,分析了当前太仓“双元制”模式面临的“双元制”项目生源不足、“双师型”教学团队素质有待提升、小微企业合作情况有待优化等新挑战,提出了“双元制”本土化实践的优化路径:提供学历提升渠道,增强“双元制”项目吸引力;校企协同,加强“双师型”团队建设;突破陈规,加强企业合作。
Taicang,the"hometown of German enterprises in China",has made great achievements in absorbing the German"dual system"talent training mode.In order to help with the reform of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,the grounded theory was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 55 stakeholders of Taicang's"dual system"project,including teachers in vocational colleges,heads of enterprise training centers,enterprise teachers and students.The text was coded and analyzed by MAXqda software,and the localization practice model of Taicang's"dual system"was constructed to dig out the current characteristics of Taicang's"dual system"model.At the same time,it analyzes that Taicang's"dual system"mode is currently facing new challenges such as insufficient students for the"dual system"project,the quality of the"dual teacher"teaching team needs to be improved,and the cooperation of small and micro enterprises needs to be optimized,and puts forward the optimization path of the localization practice of the"dual system":providing a channel for academic qualifications to enhance the attractiveness of the"dual system"project;strengthen the"double qualified"team construction through schoolenterprise collaboration;break through stereotypes and strengthen enterprise cooperation.
