摘要 随着电力市场化持续深化改革,电力零售市场亟需规范可信的分布式交易业务体系和安全高效的线上信息支撑平台,以推动电力零售市场健康发展。为此,提出基于区块链的电力零售平台系统及链上业务流程。首先研究了电力零售交易竞争模型,在此模型下设计了链上零售双边交易业务流程,实现业务全流程链上留痕、订单合同链上存储;然后设计了电力零售区块链功能及技术架构,结合区块链访问控制规则和智能合约,保障用户及交易数据的隐私性和可追溯性;最后对电力零售业务区块链平台进行部署运行和性能测试,验证了平台设计的合理性和有效性。 With the electricity market continuing to deepen reforms,the electricity retail market urgently needs a standardized and credible distributed transaction business system and a safe and efficient online information support platform to promote the healthy development of the electricity retail market.Therefore,a blockchain-based electricity retail platform system and on-chain business processes were proposed.First,this study analyzes the electricity retail transaction competition model and the retail bilateral transaction business process was designed to realize the trace on the whole business process chain and the storage on the order contract chain.Then,the electricity retail blockchain function and technical architecture were designed,combined with blockchain access control rules and smart contracts to ensure the privacy and traceability of users and transaction data.Finally,this study carries out the deployment operation and performance test of the electricity retail business blockchain platform have verified the rationality and effectiveness of the platform design.
