摘要
作为一所应用型本科高校,以共同的责任担当,履行着高素质应用型人才培养的时代重任,以自身的改革探索,寻求高素质应用型人才培养的内在规律。对应用型本科高校创新育人模式改革实践为什么要以党建为引领、在实践中探索出了哪些创新育人模式、这些创新育人模式是如何推进并取得了哪些改革效果等问题进行了理性回答,将以党建为引领的创新育人模式改革实践进一步升华为理论思考,为四川工业科技学院在“十四五”期间踔厉奋发、笃行不怠地朝着既定目标迈进和取得预期成效提供有益参考。
As an application-oriented undergraduate university,our university,with common responsibility,shoulders the important task of cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents.We seek the internal law of cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents with our own reform and exploration.This paper gives rational answers to the questions such as why the reform of innovative education mode in application-oriented undergraduate universities should be guided by Party construction,what innovative education modes we have explored in practice,how these education modes have been promoted and what reform results have been achieved.The reform practice of the innovative education mode guided by the Party construction has been summarized into theoretical thinking,which provides a reference for Sichuan Institute of Industrial Technology to work hard towards the established goals and achieve the expected results during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
