摘要
高校档案馆收集和集中各个阶段的重要活动、重要组织等文件内容,对高校本身的发展建设具有非常重要的意义。然而,随着科技的飞速发展,信息技术的广泛应用,给高校档案馆带来更多的发展机遇,也提出更多的历史挑战。创建智慧档案馆,加强档案信息的智能化、科技化,实现高校档案馆的信息化建设也成为目前的主要研究方向。本文结合智慧档案馆的相关要求,以大数据为基础,就高校档案馆的建设策略提出比较科学的建议。
University archives collect and concentrate an important activities and organizations at various stages,which is of a great significance to the development and construction of universities themselves.However,with the rapid development of science and technology and the extensive application of information technology,it has brought more development opportunities and raised more historical challenges to university archives.It has also become the main research direction to create intelligent archives,strengthen the intelligence and technology of archival information,and realize the information construction of university archives.This paper combines with the relevant requirements of intelligent archives based on big data,and puts forward more scientific suggestions on the construction strategy of university archives.
