摘要
目的了解2019—2021年南阳市市售食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌的污染情况,为预防和控制该菌引起的食源性疾病提供科学依据。方法按照国家标准GB 4789.30—2016的方法,对在南阳市各区县不同销售场所采集的三大类共270份食品样品进行检测;用玻片凝集试验进行血清分型;采用微量肉汤稀释法对6种抗生素进行耐药检测。结果2019—2021年共检出单核细胞增生李斯特菌阳性样品35份,总检出率为12.96%;4个季度的检出率分别为7.32%、12.90%、15.05%和13.95%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.556,P=0.669);肉与肉制品检出率最高(26.88%),其次是餐饮食品(6.16%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.555,P<0.001);检出的35株菌分属3个血清型,即1/2b、1/2a、4e,其中1/2b最多,占比54.29%;35株阳性菌对青霉素、氨苄西林、美罗培南和四环素均未出现耐药,仅有2株菌对环丙沙星耐药,耐药率为5.71%。结论南阳市多种市售食品都存在一定程度的单核细胞增生李斯特菌污染风险,其中肉与肉制品污染风险较高。阳性菌株多为致病性血清型,但未出现明显耐药性。相关部门应保持重点关注,加强监测,加大健康饮食宣传和卫生监督力度,以降低居民感染李斯特菌病的风险。
Objective To investigate the contamination of Listeria monocytogenes in commercial foods in Nanyang from 2019 to 2021,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of foodborne diseases caused by Listeria monocytogenes.Methods A total of 270 food samples in three categories collected in different sales places in districts and counties of Nanyang were tested by the national standard GB 4789.30—2016.Slide agglutination test was used for serotyping.The drug resistance of six antibiotics was tested by micro-broth dilution method.Results From 2019 to 2021,35 positive samples of Listeria monocytogenes were detected,with a total detection rate of 12.96%.The detection rates in the four quarters were 7.32%,12.90%,15.05%and 13.95%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.556,P=0.669).The detection rate of meat and meat products(26.88%)was the highest,followed by catering food(6.16%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=24.555,P<0.001).The 35 strains detected belonged to 3 serotypes,which was 1/2b,1/2a and 4e.Among them,1/2b was the most,accounting for 54.29%.Thirty-five positive strains were not resistant to penicillin,ampicillin,meropenem and tetracycline,and only 2 strains were resistant to ciprofloxacin,with a resistance rate of 5.71%.Conclusion There is a certain degree of contamination risk of Listeria monocytogenes in a variety of commercial foods in Nanyang,among which the contamination risk of meat and meat products is higher.Most of the positive strains are pathogenic serotypes,but there is no obvious drug resistance.Relevant departments should pay more attention,strengthen monitoring,strengthen the publicity of healthy diet and health supervision,so as to reduce the infection risk of Listeria monocytogenes.
