摘要
随着飞行控制系统功能的增强,要求襟翼作动系统能够执行更多的附加功能以提高飞行效率。以A320襟翼作动系统为参考对象,基于功能驱动的设计结构矩阵创建初始襟翼作动系统矩阵模型,进行少量修改并引入新的功能元素,利用聚类算法得到系统功能架构模型,开发满足多功能要求的襟翼作动系统架构。在初始架构的基础上,新架构经过较小更改就可以实现襟翼的独立控制和驱动,因此,基于设计结构矩阵可有效进行襟翼作动系统架构设计。
With the enhancement of the function of the flight control system,the flap actuation system is required to perform more additional functions to improve flight efficiency.Taking the A320 flap actuation system as a reference,the initial flap actuation system matrix model is created based on the function-driven design structure matrix,with which a few modifications are made and new functional elements are introduced.The functional architecture model of the system is obtained using clustering algorithm,and the flap actuation system architecture that meets the multi-functional requirements is developed.On the basis of the initial architecture,the new architecture can realize the independent control and drive of the flap after minor changes.Therefore,the architecture of the flap actuation system can be designed effectively based on the design structure matrix.
