摘要
主要阐述了用N.N二甲基甲酰胺溶解聚酯生产中间产品低聚物后,用氢氧化钾作滴定剂,根据确定的化学计量关系检测AV这一方法。并主要介绍了如何对该方法进行的一系列改进和完善,从加热溶解,确定溶剂用量,滴定操作等方面展开论述,最终确立能快速、准确的测定出聚酯纤维工艺中中间物低聚物中AV含量的最优分析条件。
In this paper,the intermediate oligomer was produced by dissolving polyester with N.N dimethylformamide,and the method of determining AV by using potassium hydroxide solution as titrant was described.And mainly introduces how to carry on a series of improvement and perfection of this method,from the heating dissolution,determine the amount of solvent,titration operation and other aspects of the discussion,and finally establish the rapid and accurate determination of intermediate oligomer in polyester fiber process of the optimal analysis conditions.
