摘要
羟氯喹和氯喹是一类具有抗肿瘤等多种良好生物活性的4-氨基喹啉衍生物类化合物,两药传统剂型存在的靶向性差、药物不良反应发生率高等缺点阻碍了其应用和发展。本文重点阐述了羟氯喹和氯喹的纳米制剂研究进展及抗肿瘤作用机制,整理了纳米制剂存在的问题及解决思路,以期为该制剂后期的临床应用转化奠定基础。
Hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine refer to a class of 4-aminoquinoline derivatives with a variety of anti-tumor and other good biological activities. The traditional formulations of the two drugs have poor targeting and relatively side effects. Plenty of disadvantages hinder its application and development. This article focuses on the nano-preparations’ research progress and anti-tumor mechanism of the two drugs, sorting out the problems and solutions of the nano-preparations, in order to lay the foundation for the further clinical application and transformation of the preparations.
