川藏铁路长大坡道高速动车组车轮磨耗特征 被引量:1

Wheel Wear Characteristics of High Speed Train on Long Ramp of Sichuan-Tibet Railway

摘要 川藏铁路的建设面临着极端的地质灾害与极差的工程环境两大挑战,列车运行线路的空间复杂性势必会对轮轨磨耗性能造成影响。为探究列车在复杂的空间线型环境下的磨耗规律,根据川藏铁路的线路设计参数设置长大坡道与平面曲线的叠加线路,建立高速动车组动力学模型与车轮磨耗预测模型,仿真分析牵引制动条件下动车组在长大坡道上运行时的车轮磨耗特征。结果表明:LMA型车轮踏面的CR400-AF高速动车在坡道-曲线叠加路况上运行时,前位转向架的轮轨接触状态为两点接触,后位转向架的轮轨接触状态为单点接触;平面曲线与坡道的相对位置对动车组车轮磨耗存在一定的影响;随着曲线半径的增加,车轮的磨耗深度逐渐降低,且降低的趋势越来越小。动车组在坡道-曲线路况上的长期运行过程中存在临界里程和临界速度,为防止车轮的剧烈磨耗,建议在动车组长期运营过程中应尽量避免以临界速度或更低的速度运行,在运营里程超过临界里程时应及时对车轮进行镟修。 The construction of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway is faced two major challenges:extreme geological disasters and an extremely poor engineering environment.The spatial complexity of running lines of trains will inevitably affect the wheelrail wear performance.To investigate the wear law of trains under a complex spatial line environment,the superimposed line conditions of the long slope and the plane curve was set up according to the line design parameters of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway.The high-speed train dynamics model and the wheel wear prediction model were established,and the wheel wear characteristics of the high-speed train running on long slopes under the condition of traction and braking were analyzed.The results shows that when CR400-AF high-speed train with LMA wheel tread runs on the slope-curve superimposed road conditions,the wheel-rail contact state of the front bogie is two-point contact,and the wheel-rail contact state of the rear bogie is single-point contact.The relative position of the plane curve and the ramp has a certain influence on the wheel wear of the train.As the radius of the curve increases,the wheel wear depth decreases gradually,and the decreasing trend is getting smaller.There are critical mileage and critical speed during the long-term operation of the train on the slope-curve road condition.In order to prevent the severe wear of the wheel,it is recommended to avoid running at the critical speed or lower speed as much as possible during the long-term operation of the high-speed train,and the wheels should be repaired in time when the operating mileage exceeds the critical mileage.
