摘要
某电厂空冷岛系统已经运行多年,接近更换周期,为探讨极热条件下空冷岛变频永磁直驱系统的应用及节能效果,对空冷岛集群中的两台“异步电动机+减速机”系统进行了直驱改造。改造前,为充分保证系统能适用夏季的极热条件,特对该环境使用下的永磁直驱电机进行了散热能力提高的工艺探讨和论证,并成功实现。验证结果表明,该方法能够很大程度上提高绕组散热能力,温升比原有工艺方法降低6.3℃以上。该工艺方式的实现,变频永磁直驱电动机在极热条件下空冷岛上的应用奠定了良好基础。
The air-cooled island system of Dananhu Power Plant has operated for many years,which is close to the replacement cycle.In order to explore the application and energysaving effect of variable-frequency permanent-magnet direct-drive system of air-cooled island under extremely hot condition,the direct-drive transformation of two induction motor+reducer" systems in the air-cooled island cluster is carried out.In order to fully ensure that the system can adapt to the extremely hot condition of summer in Dananhu,the process of improving the heat dissipation capacity of permanent-magnet direct-drive motor used in this environment is discussed and demonstrated before the transformation,and is realized successfully.The verification results show that this method can largely improve the heat dissipation capacity of the windings,and reduce the temperature rise more than 5℃ than that of original process method.The realization of this process has laid a good foundation for the application of variable-frequency permanent-magnet direct-drive motor under extreme hot condition in air-cooled island.
