摘要
目的:分析甲状腺肿瘤患者术后自我管理效能状况及危险因素。方法:选择我院2019年10月至2021年3月收治的114例经穿刺活检确诊的甲状腺肿瘤患者,均接受手术治疗;术后采用自我管理效能感量表评估患者自我管理效能。比较不同特征患者自我管理效能状况,分析甲状腺肿瘤患者术后自我管理效能状况的危险因素。结果:114例甲状腺肿瘤患者术后自我管理效能感量表评分平均为(103.24±9.24)分;受教育程度高中及以下、社会支持一般、消极应对的甲状腺肿瘤患者自我管理效能感量表评分低于受教育程度高中以上、社会支持良好、积极应对的患者(P<0.05);经多元线性回归检验,结果显示,受教育度高中及以下(X_(1))、社会支持一般(X_(2))、消极应对(X_(3))均可能是甲状腺肿瘤患者术后自我管理效能状况一般危险因素(P<0.05),得出方程:Y=83.461+10.890X_(1)+12.707X_(2)+12.618X_(3)。结论:甲状腺肿瘤患者术后自我管理效能状况一般,受教育程度高中及以下、社会支持一般、消极应对是患者自我管理效能状况一般危险因素。
Objective:To analyze the status and risk factors of postoperative self-management in patients with thyroid tumor.Methods:A total of 114 patients with thyroid tumor diagnosed by biopsy who were admitted to our hospital from Oct 2019 to Mar 2021 were selected.All patients received surgical treatment.Strategies Used by People to Promote Health(SUPPH)was used to evaluate postoperative self-management efficacy.Self-management efficacy status of patients with different characteristics was compared,and risk factors of postoperative self-management efficacy were analyzed.Results:The average score of SUPPH of 114 patients with thyroid tumor was(103.24±9.24).The score of SUPPH was lower in patients with high school education and below,general social support and negative coping(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that high school education or less(X_(1)),general social support(X_(2)),and negative coping(X_(3))were risk factors for the self-management efficiency of thyroid tumor patients after surgical treatment(P<0.05).The equation was obtained:Y=83.461+10.890X_(1)+12.707X_(2)+12.618X_(3).Conclusion:The self-management efficiency of patients with thyroid tumor is generally,and high school education and below,general social support and negative coping are risk factors of self-management efficiency.
