摘要 研究了生物质还原焙烧赤铁矿的工艺条件以及该过程中赤铁矿对生物质热解产物的影响。确定了还原焙烧的适宜条件为焙烧温度750℃,生物质用量15%,磨矿细度—0.074mm占85%,磁选后可得到铁品位为61.70%、回收率为87.14%的铁精矿,相比煤基还原焙烧温度低约300℃。赤铁矿对CO_(2)、CO、H_(2)的产出分别在530、840和500℃后有促进作用,对CH_(4)的产出抑制作用较小,对残碳和焦油的产生也有抑制作用。生物质还原焙烧赤铁矿具有可行性,并且赤铁矿对生物质热解产物有一定影响。 The process conditions of reducing roasting hematite by biomass and the effects of hematite on biomass pyrolysis products were studied.The optimum conditions of reduction roasting were determined as follows:roasting temperature 750℃,biomass dosage 15%,grinding fineness—0.074mm accounting for 85%,iron concentrate with Fe grade of 61.70%and Fe recovery of 87.14%was obtained after magnetic separation,which was about 300℃lower than that of coal-based reduction.Hematite can promote the production of CO_(2),CO and H_(2) at 530,840 and 500℃,respectively,but it has little inhibition on the production of CH_(4),and it also has inhibition on the yield of carbon residue and tar.Reduction roasting of hematite by biomass is feasible,and hematite has a certain influence on biomass pyrolysis products.
