摘要
复合压型钢板作为市政高架跨路口钢-混组合梁桥面板的底模,其方便性、经济性及安全性均优于传统的施工工艺。以上海两港大道(新四平公路—S2)快速化工程为契机,对压型钢板作为钢-混组合梁桥面板底模施工工艺开展研究,形成一套创新性的施工工艺,该工艺既能大大加快施工进度,提升整体外观质量,也能充分利用材料性能,综合经济效益显著,可为今后类似工程的施工起到示范作用。
Taking profiled steel plate as the bottom formwork of steel-concrete composite beam bridge deck at the intersection of municipal viaduct,the composite profiled steel plate is better than the traditional construction technology in convenience,economy and safety.Taking the rapid project of Shanghai Lianggang Avenue(Xinsiping highway–S2)as an opportunity,the construction technology of profiled steel plate as the bottom formwork of steel-concrete composite beam bridge deck is studied to form a set of innovative construction technology.The process can greatly speed up the construction progress,improve the overall appearance quality,make full use of material properties,and have remarkable comprehensive economic benefits.It can play an exemplary role for the construction of similar projects in the future.
