摘要
为保证超高钢管混凝土柱焊接质量好、混凝土浇筑密实无裂缝及不均匀应力产生、吊装垂直度等符合要求,以达到节约工期及成本的目的,从钢柱吊装、钢柱焊接、钢柱内自密实混凝土的设计及浇筑3方面进行研究,优化施工方案。通过将钢管柱分为4段焊接,自密实混凝土选择水化热最低的配比方案,减少混凝土分段浇筑的段数,并采用超高钢管混凝土高抛混凝土施工技术,保证了超高钢管混凝土柱的施工质量,取得良好的施工效果和可观的经济效益。
To ensure that the welding quality of super high concrete filled steel tube column is good,the concrete is poured tightly without cracks and uneven stress generation,and the verticality of hoisting meets the requirements,and to save the construction period and cost,the construction scheme is optimized from three aspects:steel column hoisting,steel column welding,and the design and pouring of self-compacting concrete in steel column.By dividing the steel tube column into four sections for welding,selecting the proportion scheme with the lowest hydration heat for self-compacting concrete,reducing the number of sections of concrete pouring in sections,and adopting the construction technology of ultra-high concrete filled steel tube high throwing concrete,the construction quality of ultra-high concrete filled steel tube column is guaranteed,and good construction effect and considerable economic benefits are obtained.
