摘要
码头拆除或改造过程中往往需要将废弃的桩基进行拔除,在拔桩过程中由于桩体强度低、垂直度不明或者拔桩装置、拔桩方法不正确等往往会导致断桩情况发生,使桩孔中遗留障碍物。以江浦路越江隧道盾构穿越码头拔桩区为案例,论述了一种拔桩装置的改造方法,有效防止在桩基拔除过程中造成断桩,并在上海市江浦路越江隧道新建工程码头拆复建工程中得到成功应用。
In the process of wharf demolition or reconstruction,it is often necessary to pull out the abandoned pile foundation.In the process of pile removal,pile breaking often occurs due to low pile strength,unknown perpendicularity,or incorrect pile pulling device and method,which leaves obstacles in the pile hole.Taking the shield of Jiangpu Road River Crossing Tunnel crossing the wharf pile removal area as an example,a transformation method of pile pulling device is discussed,which can effectively prevent pile breaking in the process of pile foundation removal,and is successfully applied in the wharf demolition and reconstruction project of the new construction project of Jiangpu Road River Crossing Tunnel in Shanghai.
