摘要
目的探讨针刀松解肩胛骨下回旋肌群治疗肩峰下撞击综合征Ⅱ期的临床效果。方法此次研究,选取2020年2月至2021年2月疼痛科门诊收治的60例肩峰下撞击综合征Ⅱ期患者作为研究对象,对患者进行随机抽签分组干预,其中白签患者接受传统针刀松解肩胛骨下间隙法治疗患者30例为对照组,蓝签患者接受针刀松解肩胛骨下回旋肌群治疗患者30例为研究组,对2组患者最后的疼痛程度及治疗效果等进行比较。结果研究组临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后4、8周疼痛评分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后肩关节总体功能评估结果,相较于对照组患者明显较高(P<0.05)。结论对肩峰下撞击综合征Ⅱ期患者,采取针刀松解肩胛骨下回旋肌群方案进行治疗,可以有效缓解患者疼痛程度,促进患者肩关节综合功能恢复,具有极高的临床治疗效果,临床价值显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of needle knife(acupotomy)to loosen the subscapular rotator muscle group in treatment of subacromial impingement syndrome stageⅡ.Methods A total of 60 patients with subacromial impingement syndrome stageⅡwho were treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were enrooled in the study,who were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by traditional needle knife to loosen the subscapular space,however,those in research group were treated by acupotomy to loosen the subscapular rotator muscle group.The curative effects and pain degree of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The clinical treatment effective rate in research was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that(70%)in control group(P<0.05).And the pain scores at 4w,8w after treatment in research group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the total scores of shoulder joint function in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupotomy to loosen the subscapular rotator muscle group in treatment of subacromial impingement syndrome stageⅡcan effectively relieve the pain degree of patient and promote the recovery of the shoulder joint function,with obvioud curative effects,therefore,it is of important clinical application value.
