摘要
奥氏体不锈钢属高合金钢,其具有导热系数小、熔点低、线膨胀系数大的性能特点。焊缝金属在高温状态下结晶时间过长,容易形成粗大柱状结晶组织,并会造成焊接接头中的合金元素及杂质出现偏析现象,同时在焊接接头处产生较大的拉伸应力和变形。介绍了奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头的热裂纹、晶间腐蚀、残余应力腐蚀产生的原因及相应的管控措施。
Austenitic stainless steel is a high alloy steel,which has the characteristics of small thermal conductivity,low melting point and large linear expansion coefficient.If the crystallization time of the weld metal at high temperature is too long,it is easy to form a coarse columnar crystal structure,which will cause the segregation of alloying elements and impurities in the welded joint,and at the same time produce large tensile stress and deformation at the welded joint.It introduces the causes of hot cracks,intergranular corrosion and residual stress corrosion in welded joints of austenitic stainless steel and the corresponding control measures in the paper.
