摘要
目的:使用三维测量方法评价改良真空压膜矫治器压低伸长磨牙的治疗有效性。方法:测量组包括10颗伸长的上颌第一磨牙、11颗伸长的上颌第二磨牙以及31颗伸长牙的邻牙。对照组包括12颗样本中非治疗侧的上颌磨牙。设计并制作改良真空压膜矫治器,压低伸长磨牙,获取治疗前后的三维数字模型,重叠后进行三维测量。结果:伸长的第一磨牙、第二磨牙平均压低量分别为(1.29±0.26)mm(P<0.001)和(1.55±0.70)mm(P<0.001)。伸长牙压低前后在颊腭向及近远中向的位置变化量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。伸长牙邻牙治疗前后在三维方向上的位置变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改良真空压膜矫治器可有效压低伸长的磨牙。
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of the modified vacuum-formed removable appliance for molar intrusion by 3D analysis.Methods:The test group consisted of 10 maxillary overerupted first molars,11 maxillary overerupted second molars and 31 of their overerupted adjacent teeth.The control group consisted of 12 molars in the non-treated side of the samples.The modified vacuum-formed removable appliance was designed and fabricated to perform the intrusion of the overerupted molars.The 3D digital models of pre-and post-treatment were obtained and superimposed.The 3D position changes after treatment of the relevant teeth were measured and compared.Results:The intrusion distance(mm)of the maxillary first molars and second molars were 1.29±0.26(P<0.001)and 1.55±0.70(P<0.001),respectively.There was no significant difference in bucco-palatal and mesio-distal positional changes in 3D direction after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant positional change of adjacent teeth in 3D direction before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The modified vacuum-formed removable appliance can intrude the overerupted molars effectively.
