摘要
目的:对ACAS-PT1297(2021)能力验证中甲硝唑可疑结果进行分析,排查各方面原因,理清整改措施,提高本实验室对化妆品中甲硝唑含量测定的准确性,提升检测人员的专业技术水平。方法:依据《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)化妆品中抗感染类药物的检测方法和ACAS-PT1297(2021)《化妆品中氯霉素、甲硝唑的测定能力验证参试指导书》,对样品进行处理和测定。结果:甲硝唑能力验证结果为可疑,排查实验各环节可能出现的问题并探究其原因,采取纠正措施后,参加了测量审核,最终获得满意结果。结论:测量结果的可靠性依赖于对人、机、料、法、环每个环节的重视,通过参加此次能力验证活动,及时发现这些环节中存在的问题,并采取纠正措施,提高实验室的检测能力水平。
Objective:To analyze the suspicious results of metronidazole in ACAS-PT1297(2021) ability verification,and investigate the causes in various aspects,and clarify the rectification measures,so as to improve the accuracy of metronidazole content determination of laboratoryand the professional level of analyst.Methods:The samples were processed and determined according to the detection of anti-infection-related drugs in cosmetics 2.35 of Cosmetics Safety Technical Specification(2015 edition) and acAS-PT1297(2021) Test Guide for determination ability Verification of chloramphenicol and metronidazole in Cosmetics.Results:The result of ability verification for metronidazole was suspicious.After investigating the possible problems in each link of the experiment to finding out the causes and taking corrective measures,measurement audit were performedand and satisfactory results were obtained.Conclusion:The reliability of results depends on the attention paid to each link of experiments,such asanalyst,machine,material,method and environment.Through participating in ability verification activity,the problemsexisting in these links can be found in time and corrective measures can be taken to improve the laboratory’s testing ability.
