摘要
针对当前城市更新工作中,“街道”这一城市基层行政单位存在的空有热情与干劲、在具体哪些地方需要更新整治这一问题上无从下手的情况,基于现状便民服务设施点位及道路网络,利用ArcGIS网络分析工具,对各类便民服务设施进行5\10\15分钟可达性分析及可视化表达,明确设施错配或缺失情况及点位,指导街道在城市更新工作中有的放矢,切实解决当前普遍存在的便民服务设施在15分钟生活圈语境下的不足问题。
In view of the current urban renewal work,"street",the basic administrative unit of the city,has no enthusiasm and drive,and has no way to start on the problem of which specific places need to be renewed and renovated.Based on the location of service facilities and road system,using network analysis tool in ArcGIS toolbox,the accessibility analysis and visual expression of all kinds of convenient service facilities in 5\10\15 minutes are carried out to clarify the mismatching or lack of facilities and their locations,guide the streets to aim at the target in the urban renewal work,and effectively solve the current widespread problems of convenient service facilities in the context of 15-minute life circle.
