非煤系隧道有害气体监测与防突降毒措施研究 被引量:2

RESEARCH ON MONITORING OF HARMFUL GASES IN NON-COALMEASURE TUNNELS AND MEASURES TO PREVENT SUDDEN OUTBREAKS

摘要 为了有效预防非煤系隧道施工中有害气体突出,保证施工安全及施工进度,文章结合区内有害气体特征,对以二氧化碳、硫化氢等有害气体为主的隧道施工技术进行了研究,得到了以下成果:(1)建立了隧道有害气体监测与通风一体化动态管理系统;(2)提出了采用高压注水(生石灰水)的有害气体防突措施;(3)提出了利用“中和反应”对有害气体进行快速降毒的措施。并结合红豆山隧道的施工管理实例进行了效果检验,对非煤系地层有害气体隧道施工具有指导作用。 In order to effectively prevent the outburst of harmful gases in the construction of non-coal-measure tunnels and ensure construction safety and construction progress,the article studies the tunnel construction technology based on harmful gases such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide in combination with the characteristics of harmful gases in the area,and obtains the following results:(1) Established an integrated dynamic management system for tunnel harmful gas monitoring and ventilation;(2) Proposed measures to prevent harmful gas outburst by using high pressure pouring water(quick lime water);(3) A measure for rapid detoxification of harmful gases by “neutralization reaction” is proposed.Afterwards,the article combines the construction management example of Hongdoushan tunnel to test the effect,which has a guiding role in the construction of harmful gas tunnels in non-coal-measure strata.
