摘要
针对传统压力补偿型多路阀流量控制精度低、小流量控制难、流量范围受限等问题,提出补偿压差连续控制多路阀流量方法。首先,设计并理论分析补偿压差可控型多路阀;其次,分别建立三通比例减压阀及负载敏感多路阀模型,通过试验验证仿真模型的准确性;第三,联合2个部分关键子模型,构建补偿压差可控型多路阀多学科联合模型;最后,通过原理试验验证所提方法的正确性,研究多路阀补偿压差调控特性及其影响因素。研究结果表明:相较传统多路阀,设计的补偿压差可控型多路阀的补偿压差能够在0~3.4 MPa范围内变化;在0.3~3.2 MPa补偿压差范围内,阀口流量能够在44%~136%的额定流量范围内变化;通过调控补偿压差对补偿器的液动力进行补偿,提高了多路阀流量控制精度,液动力补偿效果明显;随着控制台肩d2直径增大,多路阀补偿压差调控范围增大,但补偿器动态特性响应时间增大,阀体结构增大。在满足补偿压差调控需求范围内,应选择小的控制台肩。
There are the problems of low flow control accuracy,difficulty of small flow control and limited flow range in traditional pressure-compensation multi-way valve.To solve the problems,a method of continuous control compensation differential pressure to change multi-way valve flow was proposed.Firstly,the multi-way valve with controllable compensation differential pressure was designed and analyzed theoretically.Secondly,the models of proportional pressure reducing valve(PPRV)and load-sensing multi-way valve were estabilshed,respectively.The accuracy of the simulation models were verified through experiments.Thirdly,the two models were combined to build the co-simulation model of the multi-way valve with controllable compensation differential pressure.Finally,the correctness of the proposed method was verified through principle experiment.The multi-way valve compensation differential pressure continuous control characteristics and its influencing factor were studied.The results show that compared with the traditional multi-way valve,the designed multi-way valve with controllable compensation compensation differential pressure can adjust the compensation differential pressure in the range of 0-3.4 MPa in real time.Within the range of 0.3-3.2 MPa compensation differential pressure,the valve flow can change within the range of 44%-136%of rated flow.By adjusting the compensation differential pressure to compensate the flow force,the flow control accuracy of the multi-way valve is improved and the flow force compensation effect is obvious.With the increase of d2 diameter of console shoulder,the control range of compensation differential pressure of multi-way valve increases,but the dynamic time of compensator and the structure of valve body also increases.Therefore,a small control shoulder should be selected to meet the demand of compensating differential pressure regulation.
