呼叫业务是广电网络公司服务的主要窗口,将呼叫业务产生的各类数据集中可视化呈现,具有辅助管理人员决策、提升广电网络公司运营效率、实现科学化运营的重要意义。主要分析呼叫中心业务运营数据可视化管理平台建设的意义、目标和设计原则,探讨平台应用的前景。实践证明,新建的呼叫中心业务运营数据可视化管理平台不仅可以助力管理人员加大监督力度,还可以实现降本增效,促进科学运营与管理水平。
