摘要 目的 探讨远程视频宣教联合回馈教学法在学龄期哮喘患儿自我管理中的应用效果。方法 采用方便抽样方法,选取2019年5月至2021年5月在本院儿科门急诊就诊的100例7~12岁轻中度哮喘患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上实施远程视频宣教联合回馈教学法,两组干预时间6个月。比较两组患儿干预前后自我管理行为得分的差异;了解和比较干预期间两组患儿哮喘发作情况。结果干预后观察组患儿自我管理总分(141.32±5.94)分,对照组(122.10±8.36)分,两组比较,t=13.247,P<0.001,差异有统计学意义。干预期间观察组患儿有25例(50.00%)哮喘发作,对照组患儿有39例(78.00%)哮喘发作,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.036,P=0.012)。结论 远程视频宣教联合回馈教学法是一种有效健康宣教方式,能够提高学龄期哮喘患儿自我管理行为并降低其哮喘发作频率。 Objective To explore the effect of remote video education combined with feedback teaching on self-management of schoolchildren who suffered from asthma.Methods From May 2017 to May 2021,with the convenient sampling method,a total of 100 children who visited the paediatric clinic or paediatric emergency department of a general hospital due to mild to moderate asthma were enrolled in the study.The children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 per group.In addition to a routine health education,the intervention group were offered with remote video education combined with feedback teaching for 6 months.As the contrast,the control group only received a routine health education.The two groups were compared in terms of behaviour in self-management and asthma control.Results The scores of self-management scale and medication compliance of the children in experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)and the frequency of asthma attack was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The remote video education combined with feedback teaching is an effective method for health education.It can improve the self-management behaviour and the life quality of school children who suffer asthma.Further clinical investigations are required to confirm the true effectiveness of the method.
