摘要
为了研究海榄雌根多糖的抗氧化活性,本文采用水提醇沉工艺提取根多糖,并用苯酚硫酸提取法测定根多糖含量,再利用DPPH清除与羟自由基清除试验来确定其抗氧化活性。结果表明,海榄雌根多糖含量为59.66%,具有一定的抗氧化活性,对研究海榄雌药理活性具有参考意义。
In order to study the antioxidant activity of the polysaccharides from Avicennia marina root,the water extraction and ethanol precipitation were used to extract the root polysaccharides,and the content of root polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid extraction method,the antioxidant activity was determined by DPPH scavenging and hydroxyl radical scavenging experiments.The results showed that the content of polysaccharides from the Avicennia marina root was 59.66%.It had certain antioxidant activity,which had referential significance for studying the pharmaco-logical activity of Avicennia marina.
