摘要
DC/DC模块是机载电源模块的核心组成部件,DC/DC模块内部功率损耗严重制约了其开关频率、效率以及功率密度的提高,低功耗DC/DC模块成为提高机载电源转换效率的主要研究方向。通过对DC/DC模块内部功耗的分析,对有源箝位软开关技术、同步整流技术、平板变压器技术、基板版图设计技术以及热设计等关键技术研究,突破了影响电源模块高频化、低功耗的技术瓶颈。采用这些技术研制了一种28V输入,5V/75W的电源模块,开关频率为300 kHz,最高转换效率可达93%,功率密度为3.2W/cm 3。
DC/DC convertor is the important part of the power supply module,its power dissipation seriously impedes the improvement of switching frequency,efficiency and power density,low dissipation will be the main research directions of improving the power coversion efficiency.According to the analysis of the dissipation of the power supply module and the research of the important technique,such as the active clamp technique,the synchronous rectification technique,the planar transformer technique,the board layout design technique and the thermal design,the technical problem is solved.These techniques can help to obtain the high quality power supply module performance parameters are as follows.As a result,develops a DC/DC power module with input 28V,output 5V/75W.It can get 300kHz frequency,93%efficiency and 3.2W/cm 3 power density.
