摘要
载人航天工程中,首次采用LED作为载人航天飞行器照明子系统的光源。LED照明光源的应用,满足了在舱外空间环境下,航天员短时间的出舱活动对照明的需求。舱外的空间照明设备需要在更加严苛和复杂的空间环境下工作,这就要求照明设备具备高可靠性的性能,为了解决这些问题,设计了多组恒流管直接驱动串并混联的LED灯珠阵列的电路,并使用铝基板作为电路板基板对电路进行散热,同时设计配光透镜对LED阵列进行二次配光,使照明设备达到照明指标要求。该照明设备通过温度循环、老炼、低温启动、寿命试验和抗辐照总剂量试验等环境试验考核。将照明设备放置在距离目标靶2.5 m进行试验,试验结果表明:该设备照明视场角大于48°,最大照度562.5 lx,照明均匀度56.3%,满足宇航应用要求。
In the manned spaceflight project,LED is used as the light source of the lighting subsystem of the manned spaceflight vehicle for the first time.The application of LED lighting source meets the lighting requirements of astronauts'short-time extravehicular activities in the extravehicular space environment.The space lighting equipment outside the cabin needs to work in a more rigorous and complex space environment,which requires the lighting equipment to have high reliability.In order to solve these problems,the circuit of multiple groups of constant current tubes directly driving the series parallel hybrid LED bulb array is designed,and the aluminum substrate is used as the circuit board substrate to heat the circuit.Meanwhite,the light distribution lens is designed to conduct secondary light distribution for the LED array,making the lighting equipment meet the lighting index requirements.The lighting equipment has passed the environmental tests such as temperature cycling,aging,low-temperature start-up,life test and anti-irradiation total dose test.The lighting equipment is placed 2.5 m away from the target for test.The test results show that the illumination field angle of the equipment is greater than 48°,the maximum illumination is 562.5 lx,and the illumination uniformity is 56.3%,which meets the requirements of aerospace applications.
