传统传媒集团向新型主流媒体集团转型的着力点浅析——以M报业集团为例

摘要 深度变革的媒体格局和日新月异的市场环境,对传统报业集团的生存发展提出了严峻挑战,传统报业集团亟待产业转型发展且寻找新的经济增长点。M报业集团坚持推动传统媒体和新兴媒体在体制机制、政策措施、流程管理、人才技术等方面的融合重塑,集团先后经历了“以厂养报”和“以广告养报”阶段,现在进入“产业反哺主业”的换挡期。本文聚焦组织结构重塑、决策流程科学化、智慧政务建设,简要探讨了传统媒体集团向新型主流媒体集团转型中的着力点,浅谈了报业集团参与智慧政务建设的重要意义、积极探索及现实困难,并提出应对建议,以供参考。 The deeply changing media landscape and the rapidly changing market environment have posed serious challenges to the survival and development of traditional newspaper groups,which are in urgent need of industrial transformation and new economic growth points.M Newspaper Group insists on promoting the integration and reshaping of traditional media and emerging media in terms of institutional mechanism,policies and measures,process management,talents and technology,etc.After the stages of developing the Newspaper Group by the industry and advertising respectively,the Group is entering the phase of“industry promoting the main business in turn”.This article focuses on the reshaping of organizational structure,the scientific decision-making process and the construction of smart government services,briefly discusses the focus on the transformation of a traditional media group into a new mainstream media group,discusses the importance of newspaper groups to participate in the construction of smart government services,the positive explorations and practical difficulties,and puts forward suggestions to cope with them for reference.
