摘要
为了研究玄武岩纤维及粉胶比对沥青胶浆流变性能的影响,制备出不同玄武岩纤维掺量、纤维长度、粉胶比的玄武岩纤维沥青胶浆。在正交试验的基础上,通过动态剪切流变试验和弯曲梁流变试验分析玄武岩纤维沥青胶浆的高低温性能,探究粉胶比、纤维掺量、纤维长度对玄武岩纤维沥青胶浆高低温流变性能的影响规律。结果表明:粉胶比是影响纤维沥青胶浆高低温流变性能的主要因素,随着粉胶比增大,纤维沥青胶浆高温抗变形能力提升,但低温劲度模量增大,低温性能减弱,粉胶比应在0.8~1.0之间;玄武岩纤维掺量越大,纤维长度越长,纤维沥青胶浆的高温流变性能越好,对纤维沥青胶浆的低温性能影响不大,推荐最佳纤维长度为12mm,最佳纤维掺量为1%。
In order to study the influence of basalt fiber and filler-to-asphalt ratio on the rheological properties of asphalt mortar,basalt fiber/asphalt mortar was prepared by different basalt fiber content,fiber length and powder binder ratio.On the basis of orthogonal test,dynamic shear rheological test and bending beam rheological test were used to analyze the high and low temperature properties of the mortar,and the influence of three factors,such as filler-toasphalt ratio,fiber content and fiber length,on the high and low temperature rheological properties of the mortar was explored.The results shown that the filler-to-asphalt ratio was the main factor limiting the high and low temperature rheological properties of the mortar.With the increase of filler-to-asphalt ratio,the deformation resistance of the mortar was improved,but the low temperature stiffness modulus increased,and the low temperature performance was weakened.The powder-binder ratio should be between 0.8and 1.0.The higher the content of basalt fiber,the longer the length of fiber,the better the high temperature rheological properties,but the low temperature performance had little effect.It was recommended that the best fiber length was 12mm,the best fiber content was 1%.
