摘要
采用水热合成法,以Fe_(2)O_(3)、正硅酸乙酯作为前驱体,在碱性环境下,通过超声作用,合成出磁性纳米复合材料Fe_(2)O_(3)/MCM-41。复合材料的结构和形貌通过X射线衍射、透射电镜,磁学性能进行表征。结果表明:Fe_(2)O_(3)与MCM-41成功复合,呈粒径相对均一的球状形貌,粒径约为60nm,饱和磁化强度43.1emu/g,较强的磁性能有利于循环吸附实验。进一步探讨了复合材料吸附亚甲基蓝的影响因素,寻找到吸附的最优条件,并对水中亚甲基蓝进行循环吸附实验,亚甲基蓝初始浓度为90mg/L,Fe_(2)O_(3)/MCM-41的量为30mg,pH为11,吸附温度为25℃,吸附时间为10min时,吸附效果最好。循环吸附15次后,亚甲基蓝褪色率仍为82%,表明该复合材料是一种较理想的循环吸附材料。
Fe_(2)O_(3)/MCM-41magnetic nanocomposite was synthesized by using hydrothermal synthesis method,using Fe_(2)O_(3) and ethyl orthosilicate as precursors,under alkaline environment,through ultrasonic action.The structure and morphology of the material were characterized by XRD,TEM and magnetic properties.The results showed that Fe_(2)O_(3) and MCM-41were successfully combined,showing the spherical morphology with the particle size of about 60nm and saturation magnetization strength of 43.1emu/g.Strong magnetic properties were favorable for cyclic adsorption experiments.The experimental results showed that the initial concentration of methylene blue(MB)was 90mg/L,the amount of Fe_(2)O_(3)/MCM-41was 30mg,the pH was 11,and the adsorption temperature was 25℃.When the adsorption time was 10min,the adsorption effect was the best.After 15times of cyclic adsorption,the fading rate of MB was still 82%,which shown that the composite was ideal cyclic adsorption material.
