吸湿透气纤维材料的制备原理及其应用 被引量:2

摘要 为拓宽纳米纤维在服用领域的应用,促进高性能纳米纤维吸湿透气材料的发展,对目前国内外纳米纤维的吸湿透气研究进展进行综述。首先分析了纳米纤维的吸湿透气原理及优势,认为纳米纤维的高比表面积与高孔隙率促进了其对水汽的吸收;其次对吸湿透气聚合物纳米纤维的制备方法、最新技术及应用进行了阐述;最后针对吸湿透气纳米纤维研究中亟待解决的问题以及如何制备绿色高性能的纳米纤维吸湿透气声材料进行了展望。 In order to broaden the application of nanofiber in the field of administration and promote the development of high-performance nanofiber absorbent materials,the research progress of nanofiber absorbent materials at home and abroad was reviewed.Firstly,the principle and advantages of nanofibers in moisture absorption were analyzed.It was considered that the high specific surface area and porosity of nanofibers promoted the absorption of water vapor.Secondly,the preparation method,latest technology and application of moisture absorbing polymer nanofibers were described.In the end,the problems to be solved in the research of moisture absorption nanofibers and the preparation of green and high performance nano-fiber moisture absorption acoustic materials were prospected.
