摘要
人类基因组中大约有1000个膜转运体编码基因,溶质载体蛋白(SLCs)为其中最大的转运蛋白群。SLC25A51(一种功能未知的重要线粒体蛋白,也被称为MCART1)即为SLCs转运蛋白家族中一员。SLC25A51在能量代谢中发挥着重要作用,不仅肩负哺乳动物线粒体中烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD~+)转运蛋白的重任,而且直接介导哺乳动物线粒体NAD~+池的生成。现有研究证实,在酵母和植物的线粒体中存在NAD~+转运体,而最新研究发现在哺乳动物线粒体中也存在NAD~+转运体。现对SLC25A51的作用机制及其与心血管疾病的发生发展关系做一综述。
There are about 1000 membrane transporters encoding genes in the human genome,and solute carrier proteins(SLCs)are the largest transporter group.SLC25A51(an important mitochondrial protein with unknown function,also known as MCART1)is a member of the SLCs transporter family.SLC25A51 plays an important role in energy metabolism,not only carrying the responsibility of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+)transporter in mammalian mitochondria,but also directly mediating the formation of mammalian mitochondrial NAD+pool.NAD+transporters have been confirmed in mitochondria of yeast and plants,and the latest study found that NAD+transporters also exist in mammalian mitochondria.This article reviews the mechanism of SLC25A51 and the relationship between SLC25A51 and the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.
