摘要
钓鱼台水库是一座以灌溉为主,兼有防洪、发电的中型水库,为确保水库安全运行,需对水库进行安全鉴定。防洪能力复核分析是水库安全鉴定中极其重要的环节,本文以钓鱼台水库为例,采用钓鱼台站实测雨量资料与《安徽省暴雨等值线图、中小面积设计洪水计算方法》查算法两种方法推求设计暴雨,按设计暴雨间接推求并复核坝址设计洪水,经过调洪演算和防洪能力复核计算,评价钓鱼台水库大坝防洪安全性为A级。
Diaoyutai Reservoir is a medium-sized reservoir mainly for irrigation,and also for flood control and power generation.In order to ensure the safe operation of the reservoir,it is necessary to conduct a safety appraisal of the reservoir.The review and analysis of flood control capacity is an extremely important link in reservoir safety appraisal.This article takes Diaoyutai Reservoir as an example,and uses the measured rainfall data of Diaoyutai Station and the“Anhui Province Rainstorm Contour Map,Design Flood Calculation Method for Medium and Small Areas”methods to calculate and design the rainstorm.The design flood of the dam site is indirectly calculated and reviewed according to the design rainstorm.After the calculation of flood control and the review and calculation of the flood control capacity,the flood control safety of the Diaoyutai Reservoir dam is evaluated as Grade A.
