情感倾向、市场类型与共享平台用户感知价值偏好关系研究

摘要 共享平台区别于其他平台的特征是市场中的个体用户可自行选择成为供给者或需求者。对用户行为和需求的研究有助于推动双边市场扩大规模,形成规模经济效应。情感倾向可以反映用户的态度和行为,而感知价值偏好是判断用户对共享平台关注重点的依据。在共享平台用户评论文本挖掘的基础上,检验用户的情感倾向和感知价值各维度的相关性,并根据各感知因素的权重分别计算出供给者市场和需求者市场不同情感倾向用户群体的感知价值偏好。结果发现:不同情感倾向用户群体的感知价值偏好存在差异,且这种差异还体现在需求者市场和供给者市场的对比中。 The feature that distinguishes the sharing platform from other platforms is that an individual in the market can choose to become a supplier or a demander.The research on the users′behavior and needs of the sharing platform promotes the expansion of two-sided market and forms economies of scale.Sentiment trend can reflect users′attitude and behavior.Perceived value preference is the basis for judging users′focus on sharing platforms.Thus,based on the text mining of user comment on the sharing platform,this paper examined the correlation between users′sentiment trend and dimensions of perceived value.According to the weight of each perception factor,this paper respectively calculated perceived value preference of users with different sentiment trends in supplier market and demander market.The results showed that there were differences in the perceived value preferences of users with different sentiment trends.In addition,these differences embodied in the comparison between the demander market and the supplier market.
