摘要
目的:探讨成人股总动脉磁共振成像(MRI)动态增强参数是否存在年龄和性别的差异。方法:搜集本院2014年6月-2020年6月行盆腔1.5 T动态增强MRI检查的92例患者,男45例,女47例。动态增强MRI原始数据经MR设备自带软件包进行图像后处理,绘制同一横轴面双侧股总动脉感兴趣区及时间-信号强度曲线,计算不同患者双侧股总动脉ROI的TIC增强信号强度达峰时间(ΔT_(max))、最大增强信号强度幅度(ΔS_(max))%)、3min峰值信号强度下降幅度(ΔS_(3min)%)并进行统计学分析。结果:左右侧股总动脉的ΔT_(max)在全年龄组男性组(27.5±8.3)s和女性组(29.6±5.7)s比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.41,P>0.05);左侧股总动脉的ΔS_(max)%在全年龄组男性组(199.1%±77.5%)和女性组(273.8%±96.1%)比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.64,P<0.05),ΔS_(3min)%在全年龄组男性组(18.1%±4.9%)和女性组(17%.4±4.1%)比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.74,P>0.05);右侧股总动脉的ΔS_(max)%在全年龄组男性组(194.1%±75.1%)和女性组(270.4%±95.6%)之间,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.74,P<0.05),ΔS_(3min)%在全年龄组男性组(18.0%±4.7%)和女性组(17.2%±3.9%)比较,差异无统计学意义(Z=0.82,P>0.05)。对于左侧股总动脉或右侧股总动脉,在<50岁组或≥50岁组男性和女性比较,ΔS_(max))%和ΔS_(3 min)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄和ΔT_(max)),差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:成人左右侧股总动脉MRI动态增强参数存在年龄和性别的差异。
Objective:To investigate whether there are differences in adult common femoral artery MRI dynamic enhancement parameters for different ages and different genders.Methods:From June 2014 to June 2020,a total of 92 patients who underwent pelvic 1.5T dynamic contrast enhanced MRI in our hospuital were collected,including 45 males and 47 females.The raw data of dynamic contrast enhanced MRI was processed by the MR equipment's software package for image post-processing,and the bilateral common femoral artery region of interest(ROI)and time-intensity curve(TIC)on the same horizontal axis was plotted.The peak time of TIC enhanced signal intensity(ΔT_(max)),the maximum enhanced signal intensity amplitude(ΔS_(max)%),and the 3-minute peak signal intensity decrease amplitude(ΔS_(3min)%)of the bilateral common femoral artery ROI of different patients were calculated,and finally statistical analysis was performed.Results:There was no significant difference in theΔT_(max) of left and right common femoral arteries between the male group(27.5±8.3)s and the female group(29.6±5.7)s in all age groups(t=1.41,P>0.05).TheΔS_(max)%of left common femoral artery was significantly different between the male group(199.1%±77.5%)and the female group(273.8%±96.1%)in all age groups(Z=-3.64,P<0.05),whileΔS_(3min)%was not significantly different between the male group(18.1%±4.9%)and the female group(17.4%±4.1%)in all age groups(t=0.74,P>0.05);TheΔS_(max)%of the right common femoral artery was significantly different between the male group(194.1±75.1)%and the female group(270.4%±95.6%)in all age groups(t=-3.74,P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference inΔS_(3min)%between the male group(18.0%±4.7%)and the female group(17.2%±3.9%)in all age groups(Z=0.82,P>0.05).For the left common femoral artery or the right common femoral artery,there were significant differences inΔSmax%andΔS_(3min)%between males and females in the<50-year-old group or the≥50-year old group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in age andΔT_
