摘要
目的:分析穴位贴敷配合穴位注射治疗骨折卧床患者腹胀便秘的临床效果。方法:选取2020年8月-2022年2月云南省玉溪市中医医院收治的600例骨折便秘患者,随机分为两组,各300例。对照组给予常规健康教育指导等传统护理方法,试验组给予中药穴位贴敷结合穴位注射治疗合并相关护理。比较两组患者排便通畅、临床疗效、不良反应、治疗满意度情况。结果:两组骨折卧床腹胀便秘患者治疗后,试验组患者排便通畅率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者临床疗效比较,试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理满意度评分比较,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药穴位贴敷结合穴位注射合并相关护理对骨折卧床患者进行治疗,能够很好地预防便秘。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of acupoint sticking combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of abdominal distention and constipation in bedridden patients with fractures.Methods:From August 2020 to February 2022,600 patients with fractures and constipation admitted to Yuxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yunnan Province were selected and randomly divided into two groups,300 cases in each.The control group was given traditional nursing methods such as routine health education and guidance,and the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking combined with acupoint injection and related nursing.The defecation patency,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment of the two groups of patients with fractures and bedridden abdominal distension and constipation,the defecation patency rate of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,the total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the nursing satisfaction scores,the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking combined with acupoint injection combined with related nursing to treat bedridden patients with fractures can effectively prevent constipation.
