球冠网壳结构稳定性分析 被引量:2

Stability analysis of spherical crown latticed shell structure

摘要 对某工程球冠网壳和球面网壳结构方案做比较,重点研究球冠网壳稳定性.首先采用Midas Gen软件建立钢筒仓整体模型进行静力分析,并验算受压杆件的稳定性;再建立球冠网壳和球面网壳的结构模型分别进行特征值屈曲分析;最后对球冠网壳结构进行非线性屈曲分析,采用Midas Gen软件进行考虑初始缺陷的几何非线性屈曲分析,采用Abaqus软件进行考虑初始缺陷的双非线性屈曲分析.结果表明,球冠网壳结构的承载力略小于球面网壳结构,球冠网壳结构中心平台区域对其承载力影响较小.球冠网壳结构顶部为平面,便于设置工作平台及设备,可作为屋盖结构用于类似实际工程. The stability of spherical crown latticed shell structure is studied by comparing structural schemes between spherical crown latticed shell and spherical latticed shell. Firstly, Midas Gen software is used to establish the overall model of steel silo for static analysis, and the stability of compression members is examined. Then, the structural models of spherical crown latticed shell and spherical latticed shell for eigenvalue buckling analysis are established. Finally, the nonlinear buckling analysis of the spherical crown latticed shell is carried out. Midas Gen software is used for the geometric nonlinear buckling analysis considering initial imperfections, and Abaqus software is used for the dual nonlinear buckling analysis considering initial imperfections. The results show that the bearing capacity of spherical crown latticed shell structure is slightly less than that of spherical latticed shell structure, and the central platform area of spherical crown shell structure has minor influence on the bearing capacity. The planar top of the spherical crown shell structure is convenient for the layout of working platform and equipment, and could be used as the roof structure in similar practical engineering.
