仿真饰品中有害元素总含量的ICP-MS测定 被引量:1

Determindation of the total content of harmful elements in simulated jewelry by ICP-MS method

摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定饰品中有害元素铅、镉、砷、汞总含量的方法,讨论了如何选择合适的测定同位素和内标物以消除质谱干扰和基体效应。测试结果表明,该方法在10~50μg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数R;>0.995,在不同样品中的平均回收率为96.3%~101.0%,精密度(RSD)在1.2%~3.2%,方法的检出限(LOD)为3.3~41.7μg/kg。该方法前处理简便,检测效率高,精密度好,能满足饰品中有害元素含量的测定需求。 A method for simultaneous determination of lead,cadmium,arsenic and mercury in simulated jewelry is established by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).How to choose suitable isotope and internal standard to eliminate interference and matrix effect of mass spectrometry is discussed.The results show that the method has good linearity in the range of 10-50μg/L,the linear correlation coefficient R2is>0.995,the average recoveries are 96.3%-101.0%,the precision(RSD)is 1.2%-3.2%,and the limit of detection(LOD)is 3.3-41.7μg/kg.This method has advantages of simple pretreatment,high detection efficiency and good precision,and can meet the requirements for the determination of harmful elements in simulated jewelry.
